Membership

Since 1971, the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (PaACEP) has been representing emergency physician’s interests in the legislative and regulatory arenas.

The chapter also offers many comprehensive and extensive educational programs for our members. As an important benefit, the chapter offers over 100 hours of CME to its members each year...at a very low cost.

The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) represents more than 24,000 emergency physicians. As the oldest and largest representative body for emergency physicians, ACEP has played a key role in the recognition and development of emergency medicine as a medical specialty. Through its efforts in continuing education, public education, research, policy development, and through international activities, ACEP is helping to ensure continued improvements in the quality of emergency care worldwide.

New memberships are handled by ACEP. To join PaACEP, you must also be a member of ACEP. Click HERE for more information on how to become a member. You will be taken to the national ACEP web site where you can download an application to complete.
