Judy Smith and MaryTherese Gallagher provide meeting management services, including CME and educational events, social events, and other conferences.

Debi Stafford provides administrative and secretarial assistance to staff, the officers, board and committee chairs.

The Pennsylvania Medical Society Connection

The PaACEP office is housed in the Pennsylvania Medical Society's headquarters. PaACEP staff are employees of the Medical Society's Department of Association Management Services.

This department contracts with many medical specialty (and a few non-medical) organizations to provide executive, meeting management, desktop publishing, and secretarial staff support.
