Fall Oral Board Review Course
All physicians who have passed part one of the ABEM or AOBEM board exams and are preparing to take part two, the oral exam.
What to Expect:
Each day of the course begins with an in-depth orientation and video simulation from 7:30 am-9:00 am. In this session we'll explain what to expect from the Oral Certification Examination as well as from the PaACEP course.

Following the orientation will be your one-on-one patient simulated encounters from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our course is a simulation of the Boards - only you and the faculty member will be in the testing room during the case presentation. Individual schedules will vary, therefore PaACEP provides continuous visual stimuli throughout the day to augment the course. Faculty and course directors are available throughout the day to answer any questions that you have. You will feel more confident about taking the Boards after our course!
Course Benefits:
- Peer recommended - Most participants register based on word of mouth from their colleagues
- Lower cost than many similar programs
- One-on-one sessions - this course is not only a review, but a simulation of what you will encounter in Chicago for the Boards
- Experienced, Board-certified faculty—Many have been teaching for more than 10 years and all have passed the boards. Our faculty know what you're going through!
- Proven track record—Past participants have more than a 95% pass rate
- Location—accessible from anywhere in the country, with numerous flights by many airlines
- Each day offers six single and two triple case encounters
- Choice of days—You have the option to choose one or two days to suit your schedule and/or budget
Monday and Tuesday, October 4-5, 2010
