The Rendell administration and the legislature have yet to agree on an extension of the Mcare abatement program. With the November 30 end-of-session deadline fast approaching, time is running out.  “We must continue all efforts through the month of November to ensure our legislators are aware of the importance of Mcare abatement,” says PaACEP President John J.
