The Challenging Communications Seminar is an opportunity for emergency physicians to role-play with simulated patients reenacting the true-to-life emotion and immediacy all doctors must navigate when communicating information to their patients. This interactive workshop will not only give the emergency physician a chance to practice his or her communication skills, but give and receive feedback from peers to increase the satisfaction of the patient, the physician, and the hospital. Wednesday, April 15, 9:00-11:00am. Pre-registration is required.

Weather and Attire

Attire for this meeting is business casual. As temperatures off the river can vary greatly from daytime to evening, it is recommended to bring a jacket if planning to be outside.
